Puglia Taste & Culture was born from the meeting of two Apulian professionals with complementary skills and a single certainty: the most authentic Puglia isn’t found in tourist brochures. It’s found in underground olive oil mills, family-run farms, and villages that few know about.
From here we build every path — not as operators, but as inhabitants in love with the territory they inhabit.

Annamaria Tucci

Annamaria has been working in tourism since 2009, with a degree in Languages and Tourism and a specialization in English-speaking international travelers. She doesn’t just guide guests: she supports them from the first email, transforming tour planning into an emotional experience even before they set off. She opens doors that are normally closed, carefully selects locations, and intertwines culture, history, food and wine, and human warmth at every stop. She lives Puglia—and shares it with the world.
Giovanni Garofalo
Co-founder · Sales & Hospitality Quality Expert
Giovanni brings over 20 years of experience in international tourism and 10 years managing hospitality and catering facilities to the project. A sommelier and local talent scout, he personally selects authentic suppliers and businesses, ensuring every detail is top-notch. He coordinates the logistics of corporate team buildings, private events, and exclusive farewell dinners with a strategic vision that makes every experience seamless, authentic, and flawless.
