The EASY package is the ideal choice for companies short on time but seeking a real impact on team spirit.
In a single day, participants experience an intense and well-balanced program: starting in the morning with an experiential activity—Hands & Hearts or Minds on the Move—followed by lunch in a farmhouse or historic village, and in the afternoon, deepening the connection between colleagues with Senses & Connections or Urban Discovery. The day concludes with a guided moment of sharing and reflection.

Balance - Two Days of Connection (MEDIUM Package)

The BALANCE package is designed for those who want to work more deeply on group dynamics, without the rush of a single day.
Two days immersed in authentic Puglia give the team the time and space to build trust, improve communication, and strengthen interpersonal bonds. The first day begins with Rural Life & Digital Detox, continues with lunch at a farmhouse, an afternoon Hands & Hearts activity, and concludes with an experiential dinner.
The second day includes an outing, either an Urban Discovery or a Wine & Olive Oil Journey, followed by a discussion and feedback activity to take home the experience.

Immersive - Full Experience (LARGE Package - 3 or more days)

The IMMERSIVE package is the most comprehensive and in-depth experience in our catalog, designed for leadership teams, companies undergoing transformation, or international groups looking to seriously invest in their human capital.
The first day welcomes the team with soft welcome activities and a convivial dinner. The second day gets into full swing: in the morning with Hands & Hearts, in the afternoon with Wine & Oil Journey, and in the evening with an experiential dinner and networking opportunities. The third day pushes the group beyond their limits with Outdoor & Adrenaline in the morning, then slows down with Rural Life & Digital Detox in the afternoon, concluding in the evening with a guided debrief and the building of a shared vision.
